Buildings: Phase I includes (BUILDING "A") a Set and Prop. design and construction building. (BUILDING "B") the Sound Stage and Production office building includes: office, stage, control, cinema production facilities. The Sound Stage includes a catwalk above the light grid and a three wall, 24 feet high cyclorama (green screen). Post Production work is an important part of the studio's operations. The Stage will be powered with 2000 AMPS of electricity along with clean power for the computer, ADR and control rooms. Outside "set area" can also be powered by the 2000 AMPS. Golf carts, trucks, RV's, tractors, welders, air compressors, lights, heavy earth equipment, etc. will be available. Building personnel is available for "set" design and building of all types.

Back-Lot: Grounds include four pastures (fields) of various sizes, and groomed wooded areas for forest shooting. Other acreage is also available if needed. The Colorado River along the property allows a variation of terrain, including cliffs for long shots up and down the River. The River splits along the property allowing an Island for special shooting needs.
